The water requirements differ per balcony plant, and is always described on our product pages. Moreover, you’ll always receive a plant care instructions on paper, along with your order. There are nevertheless some general tips to take into account.
If you have an open balcony or terrace, your balcony plants can of course regularly enjoy fresh rainwater. This is really healthy for the plants, because rainwater is full of minerals. During some periods this rain water is sufficient, but make sure you don't forget to water the plants at all. An extended period drought and/or heat can be harmful to your beloved plants.
Do you have a balcony with a roof? Your balcony plants will then need a lot more water. Certainly during summer, some balcony plants could use a little water every day.
Are you used to garden plants, and have you moved to a house with a balcony? Keep in mind that plants in pots need to be watered faster. This potting soil dries out faster than the soil in a garden.
