The Musa, better known as a banana plant, is originally from Southeast Asia and Australia. Worldwide there are more than 400 different varieties and the banana plant is used for all kinds of things. For example, Musa leaves are used as roofing material or as a plate for making food. The banana plant is a real tropical plant with the same characteristics. He likes a permanently moist soil and a light, sunny place. He also thinks it is great if you spray the leaves twice a week with the plant sprayer. Tap water is fine, but if possible, rain water is the very best! The Musa gives you enough in return. It is not only a beauty to see, but this special plant also has an air-purifying effect. This means that the banana plant produces extra oxygen and breaks down harmful substances!
The soft grey pot included with the Banana plant is of our own design. It is made from the natural material cement. The pot combines perfectly with this houseplant, and forms a stylish addition to your interior.
Keep the potting soil slightly humid and spray the leaves regularly.
Place the plant in a light spot, but not in direct sunlight.
Plants and health:
In order for your house to become a home – a place where you can truly unwind – we believe the addition of plants to be indispensable. Plants are much more than just a nice addition to your interior; they actively break down harmful substances and turn CO₂ into oxygen. Because we believe that everyone is entitled to a beautiful and healthy living environment, we are happy to share our green must-haves with you!
Our plants are delivered fresh from the grower. They make a quick pit stop at our distribution centre, where they are carefully packaged in a plant-friendly box. After packaging, your plants are sent straight to your home!
Because plants are living products, they are never exactly identical to the pictures shown on our website. Height measurements and shapes may differ due to weather conditions, for example.
